Some features require a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digitally generated report that is created and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
No refunds: Due to the nature of digital content that is generated and delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving your report, please contact us at support@tarotgenerator.app and we will resolve it.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service, to scrape or reproduce content at scale, or to use automated means to access the Service without our permission.
The Arcana name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of their respective owners. AI-generated reading content is provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcana and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on tarot reading content.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
